I was the son of a very poor family. I was roaming in the village and going to school at that time my maternal uncle said come with me to Ahmedabad and go to school there and I came to Ahmedabad with my maternal uncle on 5-5-1989 and then I studied in eighth standard for one year. I was not interested in studies and I failed in eighth standard, I was 13 years old then.I started working in my maternal uncle's farsan shop. When the shop workers was not there, I used to serve as a waiter. When my uncle went out, I used to handle the cash counter and I didn't know how to handle accounts , but I was very fond of becoming a businessman and earning money.
Gradually I learned to make ganthiya, fafda- jalebi, bhajiya. My maternal uncle was very cooperative. After some time I got married and after 15 days on 1-3-1995 "Gayatri Nasta Bhuvan" branch of Bapunagar Tolanaka was entrusted to me. Since I was there, customers knew me by the name "Bhanabhai" and since then I started my own business. Farsan's business was very hard, but I had a lot of support and cooperation from my family and I started doing business well in Bapunagar.The customer and friends of Bapunagar found the taste of Bhanabhai's gathiya and chutney very tasty, so I opened my second branch "Shri Gayatri Gathiya" in Nikol area after 27 years on the auspicious day of 15-2-2011 by my father and my maternal uncle support . In some time I known as Betaj Badsha of gathiya means “Bhanabhai" at Nikol Naroda area, I was fond of "eating well and feeding well" so I give a taste of new and better chutney to customers .After some time my son Parth Boghra joined me. He was also very fond of making my ganthiya , fafda, bhajiya which is currently making all the varieties by himself. After 9 years with the grace of the customers of Nikol Naroda area, we opened our new branch nr Bhakti Circle in Nikol on the auspicious day of 1-3-2019. That branch handled by my son Parth Boghra. From now on, the new generations is ordering Gayatri ganthiya and chutney taste to abroad. Parth Boghra Parcels and sends to America, Canada, Australia, London. There is also a good name of "Gayatri ganthiya". Our is Pray to God for eternal customer grace Thats my aim…..
